Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on any items due to ‘change of mind’ so please be mindful when purchasing. 

Refund or replacements will be made at the discretion of Harrow & Harvest.

Please notify us within 14 days with a request of refund/ replacement if needed. Photographic evidence and description of the issue would be greatly appreciated.  

Replacement and return shipping cost is at the expense to the buyer. 

We do not offer refund or replacement on sale items.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Harrow & Harvest is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed. Replacements will not be issued.

Vouchers cannot be topped up or reloaded with additional value.

No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

Products containing essential oils are not intended to treat, cure or prevent illness or disease. We believe that along with modern medicine our blends can help to support and strengthen your mind, body and soul. Store upright in a cool, dark place. Keep out of reach of children. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or under the care of a doctor please consult with them before use.
